Four of us went for lunch, two had cod, one plaice and one fish cakes, fantastic food, chips were lovely and portions were very generous, will be going again, ps the homemade cherry & chocolate ice cream was gorgeous.

Very nice country pub. Went twice whilst in the area first for curry night which is a buffet style meal and then for a traditional Sunday lunch. Good portions, food good quality and well prepared and plenty of cider so I was a happy boy!

Visited 21/06/17 for dinner. The staff were very polite and efficient. The pub is in my view charming. The food was excellent. Next time I visit I will leave room for dessert. I would certainly recomend this place.
