I looked the restaurant in trip advisor and the reviews encouraged me to visit the place, Nice location ,Food is very good and the shisha is good,But the best part was the kindness and hospitality of the staff,If you go there look for Sahil,,such a kind man makes the best kebab and provide the best service with warmth and good... dropped by for a quick afternoon snack as I had a small lunch. I looked at the chicken kebab wrap and Khan the owner suggested the small kebab (cheaper) so that I would still eat dinner. He was right as the small kebab was ample and very tasty. Khan is from the Middle East and makes his food from his... More

We came here late at night and this restaurant was close enough to our hostel and one of the few places still open after midnight. We got 2 kebab wraps which were very good and not expensive.

My partner and I shared some meals here in January 2014 - everything was delicious, and we were given complimentary tea which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was very pleasant considering the time and location. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Ordered late at night, service was slow and a number of items not available. When I got home I found the fattoush salad had NO pita and was simply onion, lemons, tomatoes, a tiny bit of sumac and wilted lettuce. The pastries recommended were chewy and greasy. Very disappointing from a place I had always recommended. Tried to email but... More

I have been coming to Lebanese Cafe for 3rd times and never found any fault at all. Either in food or service. Both are excellent. My husband who introduce me with this cafe and I enjoy the food so much. Their kebab and oozi rice was yummy. Love their pita bread also. When we came this time, they have special... More

I have been coming to the Lebanese cafe for about two years now, mainly to have sheesha but also to enjoy the chilled out atmosphere and super friendly staff too. There is a good range of flavours and the complimentary tea is a good touch

I'm a NZer who lives in the Middle East. So I know my shisha, and I've checked out all the shisha venues in Auckland. The Lebanese Cafe is the best, in my opinion. Good shisha, great authentic Middle Eastern food. Good portions of fresh food. And they know how to make proper Turkish coffee. This place is clean and friendly,... More

I've tried a lot of Middle Eastern food in Auckland, and some of it isn't too good. It's pretty common for places to microwave their felafels to heat them! I found The Lebanese Cafe more authentic and better than most. I had probably the best baba ghanoush I've had in New Zealand there. They had sliced lemon in their salad.... More
