Situated in Richmond. Late-night menu with discounts. Lots of takeout orders. Food was pretty good too. The place was not run by Japanese or Korean, but that should not stop you from trying.

First visit. Service was friendly and fast but not hurried. Owner Cecilia took extra time to make us feel welcome and explain menu items. The sashimi portions were large and tasted soft and sweet - we had to order two to make sure the first order was not a fluke! The specialty rolls were all exceptional - no need to... More

I stumbled upon this while staying in Richmond. The restaurant is small, with a seating capacity of 60. Their late night sushi starts at after 9 PM and the prices are ridiculously cheap. The items starts at $1.15 and goes up from there. The downside to this is that it's hard to get a table. On a week night, at... More

Where do I start? Let's start from the outside in. When we first pulled up to building, we couldn't help but notice the FOUL stench of rotting food from the garbage bins right by the entrance, not to mention the large amount of rat traps laid around the perimeter of the building. I've been here a few times before, so... More

Our party of 3 waited in line for an hour simply because the hostess/waitress failed to ask us if it's okay for us to squeeze in a booth that's fit for only 2 persons. She just let those parties of 2 behind us in first without even acknowledging our presence or asking us about the seats. Some SERVICE. Fortunately, the... More

Very surprising find in Richmond! If you're flying into YVR late in the day, head straight to this cozy izakaya place. They are open till 12:30am on weekends. Wide selection of authentic Japanese dishes from artichoke bacon to sukiyaki to grilled squid and all kinds of sashimi at very reasonable prices. On a recent Friday night visit the wait was... More

Every time I'm in Richmond I make a point of visiting this little gem. It's only a block from my hotel & first discovered by accident. Was made to feel so welcome by owner who laughed & joked with me & gave great service. Menu is extensive & very reasonably priced. The late night menu is the cheapest I've ever... More

I enjoy the food and the service is fair. I haven't tried a lot on their menu as I tend to stick with what I know is good. I usually go with family which is always fun and we will share a bite here and there. i like the atmosphere.
