Rouge at the Dix30 offers excellent Asian cuisine. Prices are moderate and the ambiance is classy. The table d'hôte offers great meal choices for appetizer, main meal and dessert. Well worth the visit. Been there a few times and have never left disappointed.

Soup is very hot and quite tasty. The spring roll delicious, and do try the chicken eggplant, miam, miam, never tasted a dish that good and never thought chicken could be so well married with eggplant! Much better than parmigiana. You can also have it a little spicy, spicy or very spicy or simply not spicy at all. For once,... More

I visited this restaurant 3 on a recent business trip, mainly because I could get there from the hotel without going outside. The first time I went the food wasn't cooked and some of the noodles were still hard and stuck together (Chow Mein). The second time it was lovely cooked perfectly and tasted great (Chicken Satay). And the third... More

Food is alright, decor is great, overpriced for chinese. I'd go back but will order something other than the chow mein cantonese for sure

I had the wonton soup, salt/pepper tofu and Rouge chicken/shrimp/vegetable hot plate. The wonton soup was very bland. The salt/pepper tofu was tasty. The rouge hot plate was delicious BUT they ruined the noodles. They were either sticky/mushy or super crispy/burnt. A small l portion of the noodles were cooked correctly. The flavor was really good though. I would like... More

I will start by saying that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The cocktails I had were great and served promptly. That's about where the 'good' ends. I ordered Thai red curry. It came out and I wondered if I was served the correct dish. It was ketchup red, soupy, and very salty - it did not resemble... More
