Harbour fish bar is a good eatery. A great selection of food is on there menu. I have had the halibut and chips, plus a New York striploin steak. I would recommend any local or traveller to go and enjoy a meal there.

Once again the owner/manager lashes out and makes things personal. "something for nothing" is an interesting way to paraphrase inedible coleslaw and dried out fish for approximately $20. I understand why the owner responds but not quite sure as to tone. I would suggest that an approach that is not so un-customer friendly might be the way to go. Oh... More

Just had Sunday lunch at Harbour St. Fish Bar. Ordered scallops wrapped in bacon from the lunch menu ( not appetizers). Arrived with 2 small scallops , not quite a full strip of bacon on both and less than a small handful of greens. This was a $16 dollar menu item. No wonder the restaurant was dark, empty and cold... The seafood chowder was great; our friends enjoyed the mussels, trout and steak. Ambiance and music are wonderful. A great place to go for food, drink, music and dancing on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night.

Terrible service. Salad and glass of wine I ordered never arrived. Server wasn't around until everyone had finished their meal. When I told her that salad and wine had not arrived she laughed. Salad was on bill but was removed when she was reminded that it hadn't been served.

Went for a late night dinner date, the table was still dirty from last customer, the beer was inconsistent between pints, we were told they were out of mashed potatoes, but still got charged for a sweet potatoes fries add on. The fries had little seasoning. All around, a disappointing visit.

Stopped in after visiting downtown collingwood. The mussels were so good. I tried the other food ordered and it was also very good. Would definitely return again when in the area.
