I've been through the drive through twice to be told that they're "out of Iced Capps." By that point t's too late to back up, and you're unable to escape before wasting another 7-8 minutes of your life, all because it's too difficult to keep an extra few jugs of syrup in the back room. Due to the inability of... More

When I received my order, it was a life changing moment for me. Never have I had such good food in my life. It brought me back to the early years of my life, eating those home cooked meals that only your grandmother could make. Once I had finished my meal, I decided that I would quit my job and... More

We will always stop into this coffee shop when we travel through, as we can always count on their delicious coffee and meals. It is clean, tables are wiped off and the atmosphere conducive to conversation. This is 'our' go to place when directing friends to meet us there when traveling. Thank you Timmys!!

Even though Tim Hortons is known for their coffee, I enjoy McDonalds coffee better for three reasons: taste, speed of delivery and Tim Horton lids are horrible! Look into a better lid please. Also their soup tastes like they defrosted it in a microwave and their sandwiches are over priced for fast food.

I have enjoyed Tim Horton's since it came to Trail. Not so much anymore. Going through the drive thru in the morning means being greeted by a woman with a snotty, attitude laden and unfriendly voice who knows nothing about the art of customer service. Going there also means you'll walk away without the thing you came for like Timbits.... More

We stopped in for a bite to eat and had to endure shouting and yelling by one staff member. She was totally out of control, screaming at the other staff for items she needed. It was very uncomfortable to witness and we felt badly for the other staff who had to work with her. The last straw for us was... More

In town on business, we've stopped at this Tim Hortons a few times. First time I ordered an iced cap, got an iced coffee. Second time I asked for a receipt (for work purposes) , didn't get one and had to wait around to get a reprint. I must've been high to try find for lunch today. It was 1130am.... More

My family went for lunch there on July 29. The two young ladies making sandwiches were goofing off and swearing. My kids could hear them. My son found a hair in his sandwich. I have never seen a Tim Hortons with employees acting in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I will not be visiting there again next time I... More

The manager there Cindy does not care about her employees. She always would never come out of her office to help them. Hopefully they get it right.

Went to Timmies tonight with a friend and had to wait at the speaker for 7 or 8 minutes before I could place an order. The lady behind me says the speaker is broken and to drive to the window to place my order. So I did and still there was 2 cars in front of me , again we... More
