Their fish and chips are delicious. The chips are thick and crisped to perfection. The battered fish is crisp and light. I ate my meal as I wandered along Harbour Quay. Beautiful surroundings for a classic meal.

stopped in for fish and chip, prefer halibut and so I paid for it, but got cod. the personalities behind the counter gave me indigestion. and to be honest they don't buy the same chips the couple before them used and so even the chips are sub-standard. I like to support local vendors ... not these.

Stopped for lunch. Both had halibut and chips. The fish was "melt in your mouth" wonderful. Loved it. Only downside was that they only accept cash.

They say they make the best in town. True. If they said their fish'n'chips was the best on Vancouver island it would probably as much as true. Simply great!

Have looked for these, and finally found them at Turtle Island......a tiny place at the foot of Argyle Street. WOW.....absolutely delish! One of my most favorite things, and this place does an excellent job.

Food was great!! Sadly it was accompanied by some terrible customer service. The cashier can use a course or 2 in respectfully serving customers.. Definitely going to check out other food options in the area on our next travels.. Not impressed..

Dropped into Triple Island a few days ago because of the positive reviews. We ordered 1 piece cod and fries. No way fries were hand cut, They must have been frozen. The coating on the fish was very soggy. The owners should drop into Salties Fish & Cips in Duncan, BC and their other store in Langford, BC. They make... More

We stopped yesterday on our thru town for a quick lunch. I ordered the one piece cod and chips. The piece of cod was massive. It was very fresh, and tasty. My husband had the halibut two piece and it was equally as big too. We both enjoyed and sat inside in their tiny seating area as the seating outside... More

This is a tiny little fish & chip place down by the harbour. Cheap and cheerful. We shared a 2-piece plate of fish & chips. Good value and crispy well-cooked chips. All you need for a tasty pit-stop in a day of travel.
