The won ton soup we had for lunch was excellent. The won tons were large and delicious and the broth was very good. We also ordered broccoli with oyster sauce and it was perfectly cooked. Service was quick and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Hello, I've been to New Lakeview Seafood Restaurant several times and recently had the Wonton noodle in soup with beef brisket. I really enjoyed the dish and the price was very reasonable at under $10. Cleanliness is a concern but not a deal breaker for me although I have to admit it does take away from the dining experience BUT... More

Had pork fried rice, sauteed prawns and scallops, beef tenderloin and sauteed assorted vegetables. All the food was light and tasted so fresh. I was very impressed. The owners were also kind and prompt. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Few days ago I went with my friend to the “New Lakeview” restaurant in Burnaby. It was quite busy, but we had luck and were able to squeeze in on a small table (that was usually for 4 persons; but due to the limited space it could fit just for two). The server was not friendly but still correct in... More

Had the spicy green beans, spicy prawns, shrimp and pork fried rice, Singapore noodles, rice noodles and beef, vegetables and beef; excellent service, two people waiting on us, food was delicious... Singapore noodles a little to spicy for my daughter. But service and food great! Reasonably priced too.

Food and service are inconsistent. Sometimes the service is excellent; sometimes it sucks! Same with food quality! We love the hot and spicy seafood soup. Most of the time it is very good; then few times we had it that was watery. Like they ran out of soup...just added water in it and served the customers...yike!

We came here asa party of four for a late night meal and it was not busy inside. We were greeted and seated right away. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed at all. We ordered the spicy green beans, love bird rice, corn soup, Singapore curry noodles, spicy fried pork chops without the spicy. We had... More
