Nice atmosphere, great decorations, but big line-ups, especially on the weekends. They do serve hot chocolate and coffee when the line-up extends outside which is a plus. A little pricey

We happened to stop at this place simply because we were starving and happened to be driving by. It had not been recommended by anyone nor had we seen or heard any feedback or reviews from anyone; we were hungry and there was a restaurant there. Upon entering the establishment it was apparent that they served "French Canadian" cuisine. What's... More

Expect a long line up on weekends for this popular brunch place in the lowers laurentides. Specialty is their smoked ham. The prices are ok, service is friendly but slow, deco is like a rustic wooden cottage but nothing exceptional over there that explains the hype.

We were so happy to have spontaneously stopped for breakfast before our ski day at Belle-Neige (only a couple of minutes from the hill). The waitress was extremely cheerful, and the hostess just as much. Breakfast was delicious; different than chain breakfast places... with maple bacon and ham. The ménage bread is also a rare option! The place is like... More

One of the locals my wife and I met at a small ski area nearby recommended this restaurant so we stopped there for lunch. What a pleasant surprise. The portions were huge, but not the price. Sitting near the large fire place while watching the snow fall outside created a cozy atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, the restaurant was filled with... More

This restaurant is an institution that exists since a few decades. The food is very ordinary but the setting is typical of old French Canadian houses. The decor makes the experience interesting.

What a great atmosphere. This is a huge log cabin with many tables...fireplaces.....great atmosphere and wonderful and friendly staff. There are all kinds of breakfast foods from eggs...bacon....ham....baked beans to die for....pancakes...home made ketchup...home made potatoes and all smothered in maple syrup! Just delicious. They also serve Quebec authentic items such as Paté Chinois or Toutiere and much more. You... More

We came out for breakfast around 9 a.m. on a winter Sunday and had to wait 20 minutes for a table in this huge dining hall. While waiting, there is free coffee or hot chocolate (pretty watery stuff...you get what you pay for...)while browsing through their gift shop area. We were soon seated by a nice window table. The place... More

We stopped here on the way to Tremblant for lunch. I had the "Authentic Quebec Meal" which I found to be very good, especially the meat pie. The atmosphere was both rustic and pleasant, and the service was very good. I would come back again.
