We had the tasting menu. My tongue had a party for my mouth. Four delicious courses, each more flavorful than the next. The roasted shrimp over squid ink risotto was fabulous! The fish stock had flavors that just kept developing. Fantastic professional service and a wine list that will impress.

We love this restaurant and come back on our annual ski trip every year. The service is amazing and the food is interesting and always perfectly cooked. This is definitely a place not to miss!

Had reservations for a late New Year's Eve supper. Although we had called beforehand, only the tasting menu was available @ $140 pp. Numerous courses, artfully prepared and delicious on the palate. We did our own wine pairings from their well stocked cellar. With great hoopla & noisemakers we rang in the new year 10 seconds early, but who cares.

We had the prix-fixe menu, where choices were plentiful and made accommodations for our party due to dietary restraints. A fantastic meal, with great attention to detail and outstanding service. Excellence service and food, and creative plates that were full of flavour and depth. The meals we selected were outstanding and would highly recommend Seb to anyone in the area... More

This restaurant is innovative even edgy and always delicious. I ate dinner there just before New Year's Eve 2016 and it was fabulous - gnocchi to die for, red snapper that was delicious and a sticky toffee pudding that perhaps I should not have eaten - but - wow - I am so glad I did. This restaurant introduces you... More

I've been to Mont-Tremblant several times now, eating out almost every night, and this is the best restaurant I've tried so far. The dishes are original and very well executed. I loved the foie gras pirogi with lardons, onion confit and red grapes; and the venison loin with cauliflower, kale, red grapes and curried carrot purée. Service can be a... More

Returned to this restaurant in the fall. As always, excellent experience from beginning to end. The scallop appetizer was fresh & full of flavour. The shrimp in squid ink was creative & very enjoyable! Our mains were perfect - the lamb pasta had many different elements making each mouthful different from the last. The filet was perfect - both the... More

Seb and his team catered our destination wedding in Mont Tremblant. The six course tasting menu was unbelievable, wowed our guests and exceeded our expectations. From the coordination of Dominique, the event coordinator, to the outstanding cuisine by Seb, and impeccable service of his wait staff, it made our wedding a spectacular experience for our guests. I would highly recommend... More

This restaurant provides French fine dining at its best. The staff were friendly, polished, not intrusive, and well versed in their offerings. All the food is sourced from local suppliers. The menu was limited but delicious, and a great deal of care is given to its preparation and presentation. As with most fine restaurants, portion sizes are small, but in... More

Description
For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.
