We enjoyed a great plate of home cooked ham, egg and chips followed by a delicious home made apple crumble. We were served quickly and it was very handy for our self catering accommodation just down the hill.

Great place in a beautiful location. The children's menu was very good, a choice of 5 meals. I would recommend the chicken and gammon pie. Stunning

Country pub in a lovely location, stayed a stones throw from the Ship, a really lovely atmosphere, nice to sit at the front and relax, so peaceful just the odd car going past, nice friendly place.

Yes, doggy dinners are available during food service time, out of food service times there are complimentary dog treats around the pub!
