We had a nice casual dinner here on our first night here. Shayla, our waitress was lovely, friendly, and accommodating. Excellent, pleasant service. Nice atmosphere, clean and modern inside, thoughtful simple carnation decor on the tables with baby's breath and greenery! Nice touch. We each ordered a two piece fish and chip meal and the portions were very large. I... More

Not a great deal of restaurant choice in Port Hardy. But dinner at the Sporty Bar & Grill was a good selection. Food was tasty and service was fine.

This is the best restaurant in town. It is very popular and extremely busy at weekends. There is a good choice of food and the portions were more than adequate for us. If you are visiting in season, or on a Saturday, it would be wise to book a table.

Sporty's was recommended to us by the place we stayed at. The food was average and didn't really stand out. The service was very good. Nice view of the water from the restaurant.

If anyone travels to Port Hardy, please save yourself the trouble and go directly to Sporty Bar & Grill. The food is delicious, and the menu is surprisingly varied. Definitely try the cheese cake when you get to the desert part. My wife and I, tried several items from the menu, all tasted great, prepared in a reasonable time.

Love the wings and pizza. We always stop in for bites and drinks when in town. Last time we were there it took about 45 minutes for our meals to be served because there was a table of 20 for a birthday but the appys came quick and the server bought us a round for having to wait. Great food... More

We had dinner here, the waitress was rude and got an order wrong. The food was not hot when we got it, probably sitting too long before getting delivered. Many people who arrived after us were eating before us. Food was just "ok"

We went to Sporty’s for supper and were glad we did. The atmosphere is the typical sports bar of course and the Bluejays game was on, so there was lots of excitement. The staff is happy; friendly and service was excellent. My wife and I ordered the Portobello mushroom ravioli dish with Alfredo sauce; it was delectable! I ordered the... More

I had an unusual dietary request - the waitress assured me this would be no problem and she would personally ensure I got what I'd ordered. However when my meal arrived it very obviously included something I could not eat. Fortunately it was delivered by the manager who was able to quickly arrange a substitute without a long delay. It... Buzzard 2000 Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize that you did not have the best experience while dining with us. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we were left very short staffed on the night you dined with us, leaving our server with an extremely large section. However we should not have let... More
