The food is quite good quality but I feel a bit expensive. Have not tried their Pizzas. It is a popular take away shop on sunny weekends

Had fish and chips and it was pretty average and relatively expensive. The fish was soggy and only freshwater species were on offer, basa or barramundi. On another occasion I arrived 5 mins before closing time and was told they were no longer serving. The service was abrupt and unfriendly.

The moderately priced fish and chips just tasted bland and weren't that great. The grilled fish was more much impressive than the battered fish. Beer is over priced. But it's a nice spot and nothing was "gross" or anything, just didn't impress us. Would only go back if we had no other options

I know it seems crazy to eat chicken by the water but that burger is why I consistently travel 10kms out of my way :) I'm not sure what the dressing is that is put on it (perhaps some kind of pesto) But I love it. Stuff it, I'm going to have one today

I have visit this restaurant twice now on recent visits to Batemans Bay and have not been disappointed. The first visit was on recommendation of a local. Both times we have eaten inside the restaurant, so can't comment on the takeaway option. The meal sizes are for fish and chips are generous. Both the battered fish and grilled fish options... More

The Barramundi was uninspiring, there was no plastic forks left, the staff seemed uninterested in serving, and there was so much salt on the chips, they were inedible.

We phoned in advance to make an order, when I got there to pick it up they knew nothing about. I waited in an empty takeaway for what seemed like 5 minutes until I was acknowledged. Won't be going back.

I have tried this place now twice for seafood, both times the worst seafood I have ever had on the coast anywhere in Australia. I have had better fish, calamari and chips in small country towns. I have had the pizzas at this place and they are okay, a lot better than the seafood anyway.
