I am sorry your meal was spoilt by having seem a mice whilst eating. I would like to reassure you having already spoken to you last night that we take our hygiene and cleanness as our top priority and we do not comprise with this in any shape or form. We are by the River and all the business around the Harbour have similar issue with Rodents (mice). Environmental Health is aware of this issue and hence all businesses are required by law to engage Pest Control Company. In our case we have a contract with a company that looks after our restaurant pest control on a regular basis, this is all backed up with the evidence that we keep record of their visits on our premises for any customers or health officer to review at any time. The Pest control record is provided as evidence, for environmental health officer and any business failing to provide this would result in down grading of Hygiene rating. We have evidence of our 5 star rating and our pest control dairy for you or anybody dinning at our restaurant to examine at any time. We keep our restaurant, kitchen, rest room very clean and tidy. I sincerely hope that you or anybody reading the review and my response will appreciate that we as a business will go out of our way to provide an excellent dining experience to all our customer and it is never our intension to provide any false or wrong information to any of our customers or associates.
