We had lunch here in August 2017, two adults and two teens. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, with friendly, attentive service. The premises are unusual, dark timber clad walls with an upper gallery all displaying old tin advertisements from years gone by....More

We regularly visit this lovely cafe where the service is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They sell paininis, jacket potatoes, pasta, salad, sandwiches and much more. Highly recommended.

Stopped off for a cappuccino and cake mid-morning. So glad I did as the coffee was very good and the homemade custard slice was huge, delicious and creamy, with a hint of lemon and tasty pastry. Very good value for under a fiver !
