This was my family's first visit certainly not disappointed with my choice. The menu for the day suited us all. The food, service and atmosphere were just right, glowing comments from my cousin who is a retired qualified caterer.

Came here with work after working the weekend. The staff were amazing, the food was lovely & it had a great Vegan menu too. The place itself was very pretty.

Lovely restaurant beside the river with large windows and terraces. The service was faultless and the food perfect for a light lunch. There is an excellent bar and good facilities. There were 3 parking lots adjacent, the largest had minute spaces.

Is Riverstation appropriate to drop into for a glass of wine at the weekend or is it more aimed at catering for people dining?

I would say that Severnshed next door is a better drinking place; it has a larger balcony overlooking the water so if it is a nice sunny day/evening it's lovely.
