The food was no better than reasonable and arrived very quickly, a little too quickly as if the restaurant is a bit of a conveyor belt. Had to wait a while for dessert to arrive though. What saved the restaurant is the staff who were...More

The restaurant was very noisy - you can barely hear the person opposite you speak. The food was average and quite pricey.

Staff are friendly and enthusiastic about their menu. Authentic and tasty Italian food at reasonable prices. Garlic bread is especially good with crispy garlic pieces on top. Spacious and airy restaurant. Would certainly recommend it!More

I'm not sure about gluten free, but they definitely have a couple of vegetarian options! The superfood salad was totally vegan if I remember rightly.

JAMIE'S ITALIAN CAMBRIDGE A partnership between Jamie Oliver and his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie's Italian has won thousands of fans for its delicious and affordable food since launching their first restaurant in Oxford in May 2008. The Jamie's Italian menu is based on dishes you'd find people eating all over Italy, made with care but delivered without fuss. The family-friendly restaurants are all about serving up rustic, Italian food made using the best possible ingredients, plus fresh pasta that's made on-site every day, and an award-winning children's menu, too. Based in a beautiful grade II listed building, with a magnificent domed ceiling and pillars that span the whole height of the room, Jamie's Italian Cambridge is the perfect setting to enjoy an Italian feast in style. Situated in the heart of the city centre, the restaurant is ideally located for anything from a casual dinner with friends or a working lunch to an intimate meal or a big celebration.
