Use the Monkfield a lot. Run really well by a committed couple who really get involved in the community. Good for a drink or to eat. Only thing missing is HEINEKEN on draught !

I've eaten here a couple of times now and found that it is good value for money, with very good pub grub. The pub still retains its old villagey type feel in spite of being part of an expanding modern community. Recommended

We have eaten here as a family a few times now and can honestly say that this pub offers really good food at a very reasonable price with excellent service.

I've never seen a dog inside the pub but there is plenty of outdoor seating.
