Excellent service, fabulous food. Gemma served us and was very lovely and professional. Luke the general manager was also fantastic, would definitely recommend to everyone.

My wife and I had an excellent meal at this restaurant. The food was well presented and the service was also very good. Our server, Summer looked after our needs without being to fussy. We will definitely be going back.

Sat in the window seat at the front of the restaurant although visibly busy the staff were polite and attentive and we were seated very quickly, informed of a wait in foot and offered a drink. The drinks arrived promptly and our waitress summer was very lovely and helpful, although she was very busy she was attentive throughout the meal.... More

Just been with some friends and as always Cafe Rouge didn't disappoint. Had the red velvet cake which I would strongly recommend. Also big thanks to the general manager Luke who served us, top guy.

Sat outside, we had moules and chilled house wine, listened to street entertainment and had a very pleasant couple of hours. The food was good, our waitress Victoria was friendly and attentive. Popped inside to use the loos and they were spotless. Would we return, yes definitely.

Just popped in to Café Rouge for a snack last night after attending a function earlier on at Cheshire Oaks. At that time in the evening its possible to park right outside the restaurant which makes it so easy. We were looked after by both Emma and Kate who gave us the best service! Food, as usual, was superb and... More

A group of us ladies meet up about twice a year for lunch. To make things easier, we pre-ordered off the menu. Well to say it was a waste of time would be an understatement. I get that Saturday's are busy but when you go to the trouble of making everyone give you their menu choices to let them know... More

We decided last minute on Sunday evening to call in for a meal, so glad we did. We were served by Emma and Kate who were both so friendly and helpful. As well as excellent service they also helped us master our new phones (we are both pensioners and struggle with new technology), thank you both so much. Great food... More

I called in late last week after a busy day - the restaurant was quiet, ready for closing maybe, but I was still greeted with a smile by the manager Lucy, and served with style! The Demi Poulet really hit the spot and was a good portion size.. I couldn't manage a pudding (unusual for the little fatty that I... More

I would highly recommend Café Rouge Chester. We went on a bank holiday weekend and the staff were very friendly and welcoming which made it a lovely evening. Food was excellent as always. Special mention to our waitress Gemma :-)
