Lovely little gem we came across in Newquay! We didn’t really want to sit and eat anywhere so we grabbed a meal deal! It is really good value and would highly recommend it! We “upgraded” and got the baguette instead of sandwich! It comes with...More

We visited Paulines for a Cornish cream tea on a quiet afternoon. There were only three other tables occupied when we arrived. Having sat down and looked at the menu we waited to be served and waited and waited. After 10 minutes we thought they...More

Briefly visited here and was thoroughly impressed with the service and food. The cakes are to die for and have that very authentic home cooked feeling. The ice cream was also a scrummy! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful selection of cakes and foods to eat! We sat inside and had a cream tea, Knickerbocker glories and a selection of sandwiches. Reasonably priced, good service and would definitely return again if in the area.

Always visit here when in Cornwall, we enjoy a hot drink and very large slice of cake in the tearoom which is lovely as are the staff. If you're tempted you can always grab a cake or sandwich as you leave for later!

Huge tasty looking cakes at great prices and huge filled sandwiches also at a great price. I had a tuna mayo and was stuffed after I really wish I managed to get back to try the cakes (all of them!)

This was an impromptu little visit on a terribly miserable Newquay weekday. We were welcomed warmly by a lady who was running the very busy upstairs tea room very well by herself. Nothing was rushed but she was quick and efficient to take our orders....More

The caf''e was upstars, very clean, and a varied menu, as my wife was not able to climb the stairs, the staff opened the rear door for us to enter the caf'e, which we thought was very good of them.

Looking from the outside, you could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into their window display. Very professional. Decided on this basis to go in. Food in cafe upstairs was great, cakes from downstairs even better. Had to buy extra to take...More
