Very nice carvery dinner. Nicely cooked vegetables, nice potatoes, good choice, and above all great gravy. Beef was a bit overdone for my taste but you can't please everyone!

A little out of town discovered when we stopped at nearby B&B. .. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Good menu and food was very tasty. We ate there on a Saturday evening and not too busy.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with our access needs. They were friendly too. The pub was roomy, clean and light. The pool or snooker tables in the adjacent room to the lounge seemed popular.
