Having avoided a hail storm, and only battling rain and wind we walked the short distance from our holiday let the Navy Inn. Limited menu, but very high quality, both had Cornish mussels to start, hubby had fresh grilled pollack, I had topside of beef, flavoursome and excellent. We weren't weren't rushed at all £70 including beer and a bottle... More

Went here with my girlfriend for something to eat based on recommendation of the guest house owner. What a lovely little pub/restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the foood was amazing. Pickled mackerel was delicious and so was the monkfish. Good selection of spirits and beers.

Twice we've been to the Navy and both times we've come away totally satisfied with the quality and value for the lovely food The scallops were lovely and for a birthday treat we had a lobster which was completely amazing.

Very friendly service as soon as I walked in the door. The food was great and the atmosphere was lovely - just like you would want a Navy Inn to be like. I'd eat here again.

I have also been here a few times, when we visited it was out of season, but the menu and service was very good, the place itself is beautiful and very cosy

Had fish and chips here, was good quality. Especially enjoyed the chips batter (thrice battered apparently). Was disappointed with the size of fish I got though, so had to order a side order of fish just to make it up to a usual sized portion. Nice wine as well.
