We enjoyed a delicious meal in a quaint and pleasant room. The barkeep was so friendly and fun. Our food was nicely presented and tasty.

We went to sample authentic fish and chips and were not disappointed! A huge piece of cod in the lightest of crispy batters served beautifully. The ambience and service were great - typical low-ceilinged pub with cosy atmosphere.

Quite a small place but friendly atmosphere and great tasty food. Service was a let down towards the end but they were very busy. Reasonable prices for fresh, local food.

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch and chatting to a postman he told us about this place. We received a warm friendly welcome. I had the fish tapas and it was delicious and good value for money would definitely recommend it

We ate here after discovering this pub whilst on holiday and seeing the menu. The food was delicious and the menu varied. This is a must visit pub bursting with history and character and the staff were great.

We popped by The Turks Head on a whim and found a gem of a place! The seafood starter was to die for and the fish was superb! We will stop by here every time we're in the area and I recommend it to all....More
