For a Thai restaurant I expected the food to be flavorsome and tasty. While it was palatable and there wasn't anything specifically wrong with the meal, it didn't engage my taste buds and bordered on being bland. Not what one would expect from Thai cuisine. Very disappointing. I ordered on Deliveroo so can't comment on the ambiance of the restaurant.... More

Found above The Thistle Pub it's a bit worrying about what you will find as you go up the stairs. But it's a nice surprise. Nicely laid tables in a pleasant room. The menu was OK not huge but enough to find something. We had honey ribs & mushroom tempura to start which were tender & tasty. Main courses of... More

This restaurant above a pub is quite sparse and lacks atmosphere: The staff (one girl) was friendly. However the food lacked authenticity and when it said hot on the menu, the dishes were quite bland and lacked spiciness or heat. The panang curry was nothing like what you would get in Thailand. It looks like the meat or chicken was... More

Thought we would try this restaurant due to reviews however we were very disappointed. Food was lacking in flavour and spice. The Penang curry was very anemic looking with limp bits of chicken. The decor was even worse with plastic table cloths and torn chairs. Would not return.

The best thai in the south west, iv not been able to find another half as good. Really good when you are able to order the thai to the pub rather than eat in the restaurant above as its usually abit too quiet, so better atmosphere eating downstairs. The green curry is absolutely faultless.

We, (My two sisters, brother-in-law, nephew and I) visited here Friday 22-7-2016 and we were all impressed with the food. We all shared the mixed grill for starters. Which was quite filling so unfortunately I didn't quite eat all of my meal!. I had two Singha beers. There weren't hardly any people in so we got very good service. The... More
