Popped in for a cream tea- can't visit Devon without eating at least one. It was delicious.The scones were warm from the oven and there was a choice of plain or fruit or even one of each. Good size pots of jam and clotted cream....More

Torquay is lovely and lulus was very nice, comfortable, food good, nice atmosphere. You could relax away here.

Stopped off here after a long walk from Babbacome to Torquay. Had a lovely sharing cream tea. Scone was lovely. Very busy and lots of lovely food going out. Would visit again.

Excellent little coffee shop on the Harbor front. Really cosy inside with a beautiful ambience and fantastic selection of drinks. Hot or cold. The food menu is decent too

Found this cafe along the harbour edge and couldn’t fault the service, food was amazing and the decor just wonderful, defiantly was a highlight of my visit to Torquay - Highly recommended
