Recently brought both family and friends here for celebration meals. It is a busy place with attentive staff and quirky decor. The food has never failed to impress with both its flavour and presentation.

My husband chose this restaurant for a special meal to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and he chose well. We arrived a little early and enjoyed a lovely glass of wine in the bar overlooking the sea. We then chose to share oysters and a...More

I'll start by saying thank you the fish was perfect as was the service. As a chef it's great to see a restaurant that will not serve the food until it's ready and thus us how it should be, an evening meal that one can...More

Enjoyed an amazing meal for two here on my better half's birthday. Renowned for its fish, it didn't disappoint. Fantastic stuff. Service was great and the staff were so knowledgeable. Can't recommend highly enough. Oh, and the range of drinks available is huge!

We visited this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The food was very good although we consider to be a bit overpriced. The staff were very helpful and came around to show the different types of fish on offer.

The seafood is as fresh as can be and the dishes are all prepared perfectly. I had the skate wing with brown butter sauce, which was the best I have ever had. My partner had the hake special which was also perfect.

There were so many options to choose from: the menu, specials boards and a choice of today's catch. Unfortunately the specials board wasn't very clear on the starter and failed to say the tempura starter wasn't just a smaller version of the main but had...More

A splendid glass of wine in the wine bar upstairs, before the meal, take your glasses with you if need be. How often do you find a restaurant full on a Monday night in October? Try to get one of the two window tables The...More
