This is the third Carluccio restaurant I have eaten at. The first was in Cardiff, then Birmingham and now Brighton. Cardiff was a disaster with the food to salty to eat. Birmingham was fine. Brighton - ordered a chicken meal and the chicken had to be sent back as it was raw inside. The very young mangeress appeared incapable of... More

I have been here a number of times with my wife and also with groups of friends. Always very welcoming, great variety on menu and good specials, plus it has an Italian food shop.

My husband and I recently had dinner at Carluccios and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we were seated we were taken care of by our waiter Julien who was very welcoming and attentive. The food was great and came out in good time. We didn't feel rushed even though the restaurant was busy. Would definitely come... More

Regularly eat at El Mexicano so I thought we'd try somewhere different. Antonio it was nothing like the food you showcase on your TV programme, a great disappointment. 'New to the menu' seafood linguini arrived with overcooked mussels and clams but with under-cooked SPAGHETTI. A pretty basic error or perhaps it was so new no one knew what linguini looked... More

It was a friday evening and everywhere was really busy, so my boyfriend and I were really happy when we found somewhere that seemed really empty... It seems really nice and classy, with candle-lit tables. But we were SO disappointed with the food - everything lacked flavour and was just filled with salt to make up for it. We were... More

Open airy surroundings with the normal fare one expects from such outlets and pricey. Central location in the Jubilee area.

Restaurant was cold- not what I wanted when lunching with my elderly mother. I suggested a hot drink and recalled having a very good concoction delivered on a tray in Carluccios Canary Wharf several years ago- jugs of hot coffee, hot liquid chocolate and cream for you to mix at the table. Delicious in London but such a disappointment in... More

Visited today with a friend, we had a good catch up over lunch and were not hurried by staff. However, service was poor as a trainee Waitress got our order wrong twice, which resulted in our Chicken Milanese returning to the kitchen whilst our starters were found. Because of this our chicken, when served was dry and tough and presumably... More

Very good Italian restaurant with friend or family, the staff is very friendly, a bit noisy but if it is for family you can expect... Very fresh food, I would go there again and again.

One of the best Carluccios' in the country in my opinion. The food is consistently delicious but what makes this place is the staff. Everyone is so helpful- they really can't do enough for you. A particular mention must go to Sylwia and Paulina who not only are very experienced but are also so friendly and funny they feel like... More
