Came here with my partner for a late lunch from worthing. The pizzas are nice and the price wasn’t bad too .

On a wet Sunday night,it was very busy. A couple of pizza,a couple of glasses of wine & desserts for just over 30. Great food, although would have liked more cheese. The manager offered us complementary shots & the service was very friendly, would definitely...More

This restaurant is one of the best in Brighton - amazing food! We went for the veg special which was enough to share for a lunchtime meal. The lemonade is delicious too. The staff are friendly and attentive.

No trip to Brighton is Complete without a visit to the Franco Manca. It is one of my favourite pizza restaurants of the world! I come here every time I am in Brighton, which means about 10 times a year, and the pizzas are always...More

The pizzas here are simply excellent, made from good quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Expect a fairly limited range on the menu (7 basic pizzas) but lots of variation with added toppings, and there are always both vegetarian and meat specials available in addition. Staff are...More

Weekly couples meal at Brighton Marina. The place was newly opened, so thought it would be busy...there was us and two others. Menu was small, but tasty. A nice evening if you want a simple bite.

I've come to expect nothing but good things from Franco Manca, and the Brighton branch was no exception. Service and food were quick, tasty and we were out within an hour to wander up to the station to get our train. The 4.95 tomato and...More

I am a frequent visitor of this branch, it truly is MY FAVOURITE PIZZA EVER! Unlike most pizzerias, you get bloated and uncomfortable- this sourdough base avoids any chance of that happening. My favourite drink is the apperol spritz, and its a bargain. The staff...More

We had just walked out of Carluccio’s across the road as the staff didn’t recognise our presence and I am so glad I found this place. Busy, but even so the waitress showed empathy and smiled a lot. Our Pizzas were the best and great...More

My experience was so very different to yours. I've. Been twice now and both times really enjoyed the food. In a different class to Pizzas Express, but guess we all like different things!!

There is outside seating where ur furry child would be fine but I think the inside would be a little too frenetic for a pooch!

The pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough (minimum 20 hours) and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made on site by specialised artisans from Naples. This oven produces a heat of about 500c (930f). The slow levitation and blast-cooking process lock in the flour's natural aroma and moisture giving a soft, easily digestible crust. As a result, the edge (cornicione) is excellent and shouldn't be discarded.
