Booked this venue for a friends babyshower as I quite often pop in for coffee. Owners very accommodating & friendly and afternoon tea was amazing! Paid £15pp & included tonnes of delicious sarnies plus scones & cakes. We hired it at 2pm on a Sunday which meant we had exclusive use..also chilled bottles of prosecco on offer which were so... We sought out this place based on the reviews of others, and were delighted. We needed a warming lunch after a cold hockey match, and the hearty soup and beautifully prepared sandwiches were just the job. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty, and the owner and her daughter very welcoming. Among the quests I have in life are finding... More

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely area outside with plenty of seating and a nice space for children to play with toys to keep them entertained. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, will definitely be back again soon!

I've lived in Patcham for many years but, never tried this place (not sure why) but since trying it last week I've been back twice in 1 week! I can truly say it is lovely food, the staff (mother and daughter, I believe) are so welcoming and friendly, really well decorated and it's really well priced (the other cafe in... More

Just had my first brunch at the Coach House since the change of ownership. Would highly recommend the avocado, bacon and poached egg muffin. All ingredients were of excellent quality and prepared to a high standard. Thank you.

I met a friend for brunch today at the Coach House. The place is lovely and quaint. A nice mixture of the old flint walled garden v's a new modern twist. The sun was shining and it was peaceful outside in the garden, especially considering the location is so near the A23. The food was home cooked and delicious. Great... More

We were visiting family in Brighton, our daughter took us for lunch to this really delightful little cafe tucked away on the main street in Patcham village (part of Brighton). Parking on-street outside, perfect. They have a back garden patio for eating outside, which we would've done except it was raining, so we cosied up inside and were spoilt for... More

Lovely, lovely, lovely! The ladies here are welcoming and friendly, the cooked breakfast was a feast and cooked to perfection. Coffee was good too. They do a smaller cooked breakfast for kids. The lunch menu looked really good, I will be back to try it.

I was feeling blue and this place cheered me up, the home cooked food was well served and delicious. The atmosphere was cheerful without being OTT . It is a haven off the busy London Road. On your way into Brighton,, it is a place to decompress and get your bearings.

Myself and a friend had the pleasure of visiting The Coach House for afternoon tea. The food was prepared in front of us and the service was excellent. We couldn't have wished for anything better and highly recommend. Excellent quality homemade food - savoury and sweet - will definitely be returning.
