Business lunch - good value burger and chips for two, lots of different types of people in the pub gave it a good vibe. I left my glasses in there - went back later and the barman had them ready before I'd said a word. I bet it's great in the evenings too. I'm going to go back and find... More

The Sunday roast here is fantastic and the staff are very friendly but it's totally ruined by too many children running around, screaming and throwing things. I won't be frequenting this establishment any longer until it becomes adults only or selfish patents are asked to keep their children in check.

I like this pub, met a group of friends here for lunch on a Saturday. Nice choice of ales and lagers and the food menu looked great. We all went for burgers- I had the beef which was amazing! Friends had pork and chorizo burger which they all really enjoyed. Good chips too! They have a deal 2 burgers for... More

Luckily one of my friend had recommended this place to me! I went there once for lunch and had the best falafel burger in my whole life! The patty wasn't dry what is usual if you order a falafel burger somewhere, the flavoured chips were delicately! The portion was huge I nearly couldn't finish. The staff was friendly and helpful!... Visiting my sister, her husband and their baby girl for the day. Booked a table for lunch and then got carried away being tourists so called to see if we could push back our booking, they were very accommodating. The food was delicious! Incredible roast beef, served rare as standard (you are welcome to have it more well done). The... More

This is our 3rd trip to this pub for a roast, you can tell the food is organic/homegrown as the taste is top notch! Service is good and efficient, not much more you could ask for. Keep it up team, us customers like it!! Thanks

We had the pulled pork burger and the fish, chips, and buttered peas. Cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. Good value. Great ales to wash it down too!

If im in search of a roast in Brighton my first point of call is always to come here (if you can get a seat). Its worth booking if you don't want to be disappointed. I have tried the majority of the "rated" roasts available in Brighton now and this one hands down beats them all. Variety on the plate... More
