This place has it right, good service attentive and pleasant, small restaurant, little too loud, the food is perfect with great produce, small menu, reasonably price, no surprises it has been there for year and still running strong, go there, but pre book.

Fantastic evening from start to finish. The vegan in our party had a special menu which was delicious. Our food was also delicious especially the main course quail. Service was impeccable. Hope that we can visit again on our next trip to Brighton.

As usual a superb Sunday lunch. Lamb, pork and chicken with super crisp roast potatoes and - very unusual these days - cauliflower cheese. Lovely. Excellent service. Just great.

Two of us ate here on a weekday lunchtime on the back of positive reviews and the number of repeat visits. We opted for a la carte as the mains on the lunch menu were not exciting us and it was certainly a delicious lunch...More

I agree, lovely restaurant but not really child friendly. It's more of a couples restaurant.
