We very much enjoyed our meal at Al Duomo, which was part of a stag do for a group of guys in their 40s-60s. The food was great and the level of service was perfect: not too much and not too little ! I can't...More

Popped in here for afternoon tea after an exhibition at the dome. Coffee delicious. Clotted cream and jam good. Scones were terrible, probably shop bought and from a packet. No flavour, chemical taste and a bit stale, although warmed to disguise the fact. Shame

I had my wedding reception at Al Duomo on 28th December. Alberto and his team were amazing, they were so helpful and friendly we couldn't have asked for more. They decorated our tables for us on the mezzanine exactly as we asked and it all...More

Waitress completely forgot several of our orders, hot starters were cold and pizza bases were unpleasant- mine had a mound of weird grey cheesy dough stuff stuck under it. Stopped complaining after a while as it didn’t seem to make a difference. Used to love...More

Description
Near the famous Pavilion in Brighton, Al Duomo is well, not quite as famous as the Pavillion itself, but it has attracted two million visitors over the past twenty-one years. A classic, family-run Neapolitan pizzeria spread over three floors, Al Duomo has an Italian menu to tempt even non-pizza lovers, if there are any. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven, one of Britain's first. The many other favourite dishes include Lasagne Casalinga and salmone al dragoncello, cooked in butter, white wine and tarragon with tomato and cream. It's a great place for parties and groups, but absolutely everyone enjoys the delicious food, charming ambience and warm Italian welcome. Patio seating when the weather is balmy.
