Walking around Brighton we stumbled across this gem, the servers went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, making sure we didn't have to wait for drinks and gave us good advice as to what to order as this cuisine was fair new to us. The food was delicious and the service top rate, I would highly recommend this... More

We visited this restaurant prior to going to an event at the Brighton Dome. It is ideally placed if going to this venue. We were time pressed but thought an hour and a half should be long enough to have a main meal. Wrong. We were seated and had to wait 15mins before being asked for our drinks order. We ordered... We had a lovely meal in here last night. The lamb meatballs were delicious, with a slight kick to them. However, the best call was the tapas. Three tapas dishes were more than enough for one person and they were delicious. The service was really good initially with the waitress advising us on the best options (she was really sweet!).... We go in here sometimes to try new cocktails and every time they are super tasty but every time we go in there we have to ask for our table to be wiped down before we get comfy

Went there for dinner and I've been waiting 1hour for food.. Pros- student discount 25%, nice cocktails, food is ok. Cons- poor service, long time waiting. If you want to go to las iguanas, then just go for drinks and not for food, otherwise you'll be waisting your time as food is not spectacular.

We went to las Iguanas for dinner before heading down to the comedy club Krater komedia the location was perfect as only a 3 minute walk around the corner. The 2-4-1 cocktails were fantastic, I loved every cocktail we ordered and we ordered a lot which was good considering later that night we went to a cocktail bar where the... More

My husband and I were being treated to a meal by our children and their partners. We went on a Friday night 7.30 ish. On opening the door the first thing to hit you was the noise, everyone talking at once. We ordered the 2 for 1 cocktails in jugs and ordered our starter and mains. We waited about 15 mins... More

Walk through the doors of Las Iguanas and find yourself transported to Latin America, full of rich, vibrant colours, quirky features and custom-made wooden mosaic tables made especially for the restaurant from sustainable woods in Brazil. Each restaurant is unique and the staff love bringing unusual things back from their travels, ranging from large lobster sculptures to giant drums. The philosophy of Las Iguanas is to serve delicious and authentic Latin American food and drink in an environment which evokes the very best of Latin life. With recipes dating back to the 16th century, the food successfully fuses native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Working hard to ensure that everything comes from the best possible source, Las Iguanas is proud of its fresh GM free food and top quality ingredients.
