We had read reviews and decided to book this restaurant on an overnight stay in Hastings and were so glad we did! It was the highlight of our trip. The table are tucked in and around the bookshelves. We were given a very warm welcome from a cheerful young lad. The menu is simple but the food.....!! OMG! We had... More

This place is an absolute hidden gem. Very quirky book shop set up but very cool. But The food, oh the food, took us both straight back to Thailand. The BEST chicken satay we have ever tasted. Everything made our mouth water. The prices are very very reasonable

Party of 2 arrived at 7pm to enquire about bookings that evening. Was very rudely turned away by the waitress - who despite there only being 5 people eating in the entire restaurant, and many tables empty, claimed they were 'fully booked'. We waited and had a drink at a bar opposite, and in the hour that we were there... More

We had a wonderful meal in a great little bookshop. As soon as you walk in you know it will be great, it's fully booked, very little chance of walking in and there being a space. Knowledgable waiting staff will tell you everything you need to know. £1 for your prawn crackers or vegetarian alternative with two very tasty dips.... More

I've wanted to go in here for a long time and it didn't disappoint. The food was great and fresh. Anything can be made as a veggie option and you can let them know how hot you want it. Service was great too and prices are very good, particularly as you bring your own wine. It did feel a little... More

My daughter arranged a meal here to celebrate her birthday and we certainly weren't disappointed, the service was friendly and efficient. Our meal was lovely and fresh tasting with the right amount of waiting time, we all enjoyed our meals and would defiantly return. Added bonus that you can take your own booze, and found it very reasonably priced

I visited the Thai restaurant with friends after it being recommended to us, the food was very nice and authentic. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant we felt rushed, we were asked what we wanted to order before I'd actually picked the menu up and were given our final bill before our deserts had arrived. The waiter then... More

Heard and read many good reviews out this restaurant and we certainly were no disappointed. Intimate setting, we were sat in the Crime Fiction section, on a table for 2. You can take your own alcohol and you are provided with cool packs if you require them. Waitress introduced herself and then explained the menu. Kate was a credit to... More
