We visited here today for the cream teas. Absolutely delicious scones. The only thing that spoilt it for us was being inundated with wasps.

Very friendly staff. Forgot one of our meals. Microwaved pies are never very good. Some of the meat was very grisly. The fish cakes lacked taste. Would not come here again. Nice cup of tea.

On a visit to Bourton on the Water we took afternoon tea at The Chestnut Tree. The service was excellent and the scones were out of this world so light and fluffy they melted in the mouth. Well worth a visit will be going back.
