Have been here on occasions throughout the years and we have never had a bad meal, always good. There were 6 of us and we all ordered different things and changed the orders and everything came out perfect. Good prices, friendly helpful service.

Five of us met for lunch, we really enjoyed the food. The waitresses were professional and friendly, really helpful without being overly attentive. There seemed to be a lot of regulars in and I can see why, we will be retuning.........especially as I was too full up to manage a pudding this time.

Went with 5 friends for an evening meal. We were pleasantly surprised to find on offer a specials board. For £17.00 we could choose a starter, main and dessert plus a glass of wine. For my starter I chose the black pudding scotch egg with a mustard mayonnaise. It was first class. I chose the duck for the main course... More

OK Mother's Day Sunday lunch with Eductor mother-in-law, Mrs Eductor, + 2 veggies. An early slot made earlier by clocks going forward. O and I had had a decent breakfast too. Flynns is buried in a somewhat gloomy corner of an uninspiring shopping 'courtyard'. But handy location and perfectly adequate. Mother's Day achieved maximum density. I probably did little to... Turned up without a reservation and managed to get a lovely window seat table. Ordered promptly and the food arrived within a reasonable time for freshly produced. Worthy of a second visit.

It is always a sign of frustration and amusement when a waitress or waiter gives the impression of supreme confidence by committing your order to memory and not writing it down and you don't get all of it as happened with us. Worse is at the end of the meal when the same waitress comes to clear the plate (no... More

A typical brasserie but food all freshly prepared, really thoughtfully presented and good value for money. Downstairs in a modern precinct, it took ages to find but we were very happy we did.
