Came here on the recommendation of friends. The food was ok but the staff- especially the waitress- were unfriendly. Everything seemed like it was too much trouble. Will not be returning.

Seating is fine, food just ok.Dishes are type-right italian. Had seefood spaghetti (mussels). The spaghetti was cooked with no added flavor or seasoning. Neither of the other four were specially pleased either.

Recently visited on the 3rd July. I'd never eaten here before and was drawn in by the lunchtime special menu. It was very modern inside and quite busy which created a good atmosphere. My meal the Sea Food Linguine was very nice and I was...More

Fancy Italian restaurant with a great selection of craft Italian beers and a good wine cart. The various starters were excellent but I was not thrilled by my main course, chicken fillets with melted cheese and a small portion of ready made chips. The service...More

We went here as a group of 7 (Inc kids) and I don't think any of us had any dishes the same so a good varied selection to comment on. Starters were good, standard Italian cuisine, made with little fuss and delicate flavours, you could...More

Childhood friends Enzo Espedito welcome you to a little taste of Napoli with Osteria Posillipo Pizzaria quite likely one of Canterburys friendliest restaurants. Decorated in relaxing woods, this light, airy space has the added bonus of being located near the Marlowe Theatre. An in-house wood-fired stone oven is visible from the open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, allowing hungry diners watch their pizzas bubble away the traditional way. Not in the mood for pizza? Traditional Italian favourites are the name of the game here, including fresh, homemade pasta like spaghetti a vongole.
