I went here on a Thursday lunchtime with my mum, there weren't many customers in the restaurant and when we were eventually acknowledged by the blonde waitress she just signalled to an area of the restaurant and said "you can sit over there", we chose our table and were asked about drinks after about 10 minutes. The food we ordered... More

Nice greeting on arrival but then after being given menus we were asked three times within just a few minutes if we were ready to order and if we wanted side dishes. We ordered garlic bread just to get a bit of time to read the menu! Ordered mini pizzas and salad which were nice though very little cheese topping... More

I had my first meal here with my friends and we fell in love. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The food is fantastic (especially the pizza) and the atmosphere is very calming and homely. Would definitely recommend visiting.

I have no bad words to say about this restaurant. Have been going there for already two years now and I haven't had one bad experience. Is definitely a proper Italian restaurant. There is a great variety on the menu, the chicken mushroom is just wow, pizza and garlic bread are the best in town. Staff have been always very... More

Me and my partner decided to try this restaurant last weekend because some of our friends gave us great feedback. We ordered pizza and couple starters and everything was really nice. The staff was very friendly and food came quick. We will definitely come again very soon

Booked this restaurant for our last night of what was a fabulous mid-week break in Canterbury. We had some amazing meals in other restaurants so thought we would be onto a winner with a well known chain. Unfortunately not! To be fair starters were ok but when it came to mains that was a different matter. My husband ordered a Prawn... More

We went for a birthday dinner - a voucher with free prosecco - on a QUIET MONDAY night. The restaurant was almost empty. They were SLOW to deliver our starters. Then they took OVER AN HOUR to deliver our mains. WITHOUT AN APOLOGY. They ONLY delivered our food because we prompted them. When the food came, the food was COLD.... More

We had dinner here on our first night in Canterbury. The restaurant was quite busy with groups of young ladies out celebrating their friendships. Therefore, the noise level was a bit loud for us, but we enjoyed the atmosphere. They offer 2&3 course specials, along with a full menu. We had the 2 course special, along with wine and an... More

We received awful service and a uncooked egg. I sent the egg back twice and then it was hard so therefore they are unable to cook egg to order. Burger was full off gristle the dolphin in Canterbury is the best place to go. Would not return would choose dolphin instead .

Located opposite the Canterbury Cathedral, Strada attracts an eclectic mix of local pizza lovers and hungry visitors from out of town. This popular Italian restaurant chain is famous for its authentic handmade pizzas - which are cooked in a traditional forno a legna wood-fired oven – and its extensive menu of rustic, regional pastas and puddings are made using only the finest fresh ingredients such as Parma ham, extra virgin olive oil and Buffalo mozzarella imported from Italy. Perfect for business lunches and cosy evening meals, you can’t go wrong with Strada’s successful formula of simple, tasty food combined with sleek design, friendly service and a buzzy, down-to-earth atmosphere. The proof, as they say, is in the pizza.
