I’ve been here a few times because the venue is so lovely. However I’ve not been overwhelmed by the food. My mum has the minestrone soup and she felt it was bland, the veg was not cooked enough and it had too much macaroni in...More

Being a big foodie and a massive egg fan, it’s very hard to find a place that can not only get it right, but deliver service and passion. This place has nailed this to perfection.

eli. A touch expensive but super quality local produce. Ploughmans needed more chutney and salad e.g. Tom's, onions and grapes as only 4 grapes on plate but the cheese selection was fantastic. Great industrial building and very airy. Friendly and helpful staff.More

Hi Scott, thank you for taking the time to write your review. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your food and found the team friendly and helpful. Just to help other visitors I just want to highlight that on our £12.00 Ploughman’s board, which...More

Description
We are a delicatessen cafe offering a wide selection of cheese, charcuterie, olives, crackers, sweet biscuits, preserves and chutneys. We source as much as we can from Kent and our neighbouring counties however we also have the best of the rest from further afield. As well as having a large selection of produce to buy from the deli counter and shop we also serve a selection of sandwiches, paninis, homemade quiches, sausage rolls and scotch eggs as well as salads. We offer a selection of smoothies and juices and our coffee has been blended specifically for us. We are set in Pump House No. 5 (an old Chatham Dockyard building) over-looking the River Medway to Upnor Castle one side and across the marina to the yachts on the other. A truly unique setting!!
