Staff friendly and happy to assist with off menu items. Very relaxed and welcoming. Busy but not overcrowded although we were there outside school holidays on a week day evening. Thoroughly recommend. But pricey, but really good food.

A great location. Not cheap but still good value as the food is always excellent. Staff are friendly and know their beers.

We ate lunch here during our drive through the Lake District. It's a lovely place, well located, with parking facilities. Had a burger and a salad with local beers in a old-fashioned cosy ambience. Their food has an interesting mix of cuisines including Indian curries....More
