Very friendly - even gave us change for the parking meter. Excellent home made scones and a great chess and bacon breakfast - a brilliant location and seat to tip up when wet to stop you getting a wet bottom. What's not to like
This teashop offers a cosy, tasty relax at the foot of skiddaw. A great place to fuel before climbing, and also a perfect chill after a hard day on the hills. Very tasty food, and a good selection of drinks!

We stopped hear for a drink on a very hot day. It was stuffy inside but there was no shade outside. However there was a good range of soft drinks and the gluten free brownie was lovely!
