had one of the best coffees in Keswick here and the scones are exactly what they claim , the biggest in the area. Really tasty and great value. The cooked breakfasts looked excellent - next time!

Stopped by here as we have a couple of years back on our previous visit to the lakes. Very efficient staff, nice coffees and a lovely selection of cakes and Tiffin. Reasonable prices and dogs are allowed. Just gets very busy and cramped.

Really good porridge and very friendly staff. We took over the shop after a morning out catching the sunrise on our landscapes photography course and the staff were excellent and very helpful.

We went in with a group of 12 people and the staff were amazing. Did not get flustered and gave great service. Everyone enjoyed there breakfast and the porridge was loverly.

I showed up at opening time so must have been one of the first customers of the day. I think the owner was in the cafe and I shared some bright banter as a kickoff. I ordered a Veggie Breakfast and paid by card. Staff...More

After a good walk with my dog I called in for a coffee. The board outside advertised "probably the biggest and best scones in the lakes" so I had to try one. The fruit scone was lovely and served with a generous portion of jam...More

Visited here mid-week for a late lunch. The cafe itself is very small and therefore the inside tables are fairly crammed in so we opted to sit outside (braving the weather). We ordered tea, hot chocolate, a brownie and a flapjack. The hot chocolate and...More

Hello Charlie, you will also see from many other reviews that there was no welcome, or an unfriendly one. These occur regularly, so there is something not quite right amongst the mix of staff you have. It may be worth your... More
