Stopped off for tea and cakes, ordered the afternoon tea. We sat outside as we had our dog with us. The outside seating also had a bowl for the dog to have a drink too which was nice. The cafe was very quiet so the food and drinks came quickly, staff were polite. No complaints on our visit

Popped in for a lovely breakfast in a friendly little cafe, breakfast was very nice and cooked fresh, Did not have to wait long for food to be brought out. Also good value for money with coffee and toast included with the price. Recommended.

I visited with my 6 week old baby , the staff were lovely holding the door open for me to get in with the pram , they then moved chairs around to accommodate me , I ordered and a cream tea was brought swiftly to my table , the food was great , when I asked if there was a... More

I went here with my 2 kids and wife, the waitress was on you the second you sat down, then when we decided to order we were met with the most hostile attitude. I felt like saying "sorry for coming in and disturbing you..." I went on to order the most mediocre sandwiches...thw drinks order was wrong but I wouldn't... More

Called in for a cuppa and snacks very quiet when we were in and the waitress was standing at the table before we had a chance to open the menu and continued to stand there until we ordered. cant say the service wasn't fast but a bit too fast for my liking. would not return.

The food was nice, but that was about it. You literally sit down and the waitress is there "ready to order!?" God forbid you would like to look at the menu first. The two older ladies are very abrupt and huff a lot. The atmosphere was awful, no background music and you just get stared at from behind the counter.... More

Five of us entered the premises and waited a while to be served. Not sure if we needed to order at the counter my sister-in-law got up and approached the service counter where she was told abruptly by the "more senior" waitress, to sit down and someone would come. The order was eventually taken by this waitress but with a... More

Staff not overly friendly. Food took a long time to come although she did apologise. Maybe she forgot the order. it was only a toastie and hot baguette, expensive for what it was. Hot chocolate not that hot. Wouldn't bother again

Pleasant little cafe type restaurant serving light lunches. Just wanted soup and roll dye to hearty breakfast. Over 20 mins later we got our soup. Granted it was busy with several tables having meals but too long to wait for just soup. Pleasant staff and surroundings but need to get service right

Arrived sat down for over 10 minutes, completely ignored until another couple came in. The waitress who seemed to be totally unable to cope passed us and went to serve them. My wife said quite politely that we were still waiting. The waitress who was obviously annoyed that we had said anything at all asked us in a very unfriendly... More
