Taking the afternoon tea in the Derby Lounge is a very pleasurable experience. Choose from a savoury or sweet afternoon tea both are excellent The savoy scones with herb butter and onion marmalade are one of my favourites and the Eton mess on the sweet option is very tasty. But remember to book as it is very popular.treat yourself and... More

In the middle of a run down resort that is spilt beer and kiss me quick, this restaurant makes you feel a "little bit special" As you walk down the corridor to the entrance it makes you think when Britain was Great. Almost a bit "Downtown" You are attended to the table and its Sir and Madam, decent choice in... More

We were a large group, and the restaurant had been wrongly advised about how many guests there were. Despite this they served us with fantastic food, the waiting staff were attentive, (especially Philip) but not intrusive. I cannot praise this restaurant highly enough. Already looking forward to returning.

Two superb dinners at this restaurant during our stay at the Imperial. The food was out of this world. Chris and his staff really make it special. Worth the extra for the trio of chocolate deserts. Loved everything and wish I lived nearer.

We ate here on our first night in Blackpool because we were staying at the hotel, it was pouring down and we didn't want to have to go far. We have a Hi-Life Card that gives meals at selected restaurants at half price. This is one such restaurant and they honoured the discount even though we were residents. The service... More

For old-school seaside dining at its best you can't beat The Palm Court Restaurant set in the grand old Imperial Hotel on the North Promenade in Blackpool. This traditional restaurant is in walking distance to all of Blackpool's popular attractions, and the dining room – with its chandeliers, burnt orange walls, crisp linens and plush carpet – is perfect for celebrating special occasions and there is a raised seating area within The Palm Court Restaurant that enjoys stunning sea views. Expect classic dishes such as the salmon and asparagus roullard with salad and herb and lemon dressing; the braised beef steak with roasted root vegetables and port and shallot sauce; and the vegetable and bean casserole topped with herb scones.
