We had a pleasant meal here after a long day of meetings in London. The bar tender and waiter were very eager to please and directed us to certain choices with wine and the menu. Plus, the cocktails were very good. If you are staying at the Marriott Park Lane or in the area, this is not a bad choice... More

This restaurant is in a nice location, the interior is very clean/appealing and the staff very helpful. The menu is as boring as boiled potatoes.

You start of with the sandwiches which is a colourful delicious selection. Then comes the stand with scones and cakes. Very generous portions! The mille feuille was my favourite and the macaron very good too. The tea selection is unlimited and our waitress recomened some for savouries and sweets. Very nice. However we were sat under neath the air con... More

Sandwiches were tasty, vegetarians catered for. Pastries were something else, very rich but also irresistible so go there hungry! Great choice of teas with excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Big thumbs up. Atmosphere good, no "wow" factor setting like some of the big hotels but a great afternoon tea none the less.

Went for high tea with my sister and my friend to celebrate my friends 30th birthday. We had an absolutely amazing time. Our flutes were never empty and were constantly being topped up which was great as it was our friends birthday bash. Food was absolutely amazing, we literally could not fault 1 thing. Giacomo ,who was our host, was... More

We visited today for afternoon tea complete with free flowing prosecco. It was delicious. The prosecco was definitely free flowing and our cakes and sandwiches were served separately. The gluten free bread for the sandwiches was rather dry, but the cake selection was delicious. Good value for money and we were very well looked after. The minor disappointment of the... More

Visited for business lunch as was very surprised, as the place was empty. Good food, good service, reasonably priced.

We took our two nieces here for an afternoon tea treat and Philip and his team made it really special for us all; they simply could not have done more. We were seated in a lovely secluded area which, while not a booth, was as close as you could get for privacy. The selection of sandwiches and cakes were superb;... More

Went with family for a special afternoon tea. We were not really welcomed and one of the seats on the table that we were offered was right by a column so it was very difficult getting in and out. I felt that the waitress had a prescriptive script to follow and could not deviate from the set wording. This included... More

Dear Philip M, I recognise that visiting us was a special time and understandably and rightly so, you were looking forward to it. I appreciate from your feedback that this was not the case and we failed to provide service commensurate with Marriott standards. Our Afternoon Tea is very unique and with the different offerings we have we like to... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
