On a number of occasions before travelling home from Euston I've had supper at this restaurant. The staff are always welcoming and though busy they do their best to accommodate everyone. The food is superb - freshly cooked and well presented. On a number of occasions Alfred has looked after me and his delightful manner and excellent service is appreciated.

Visited this restaurant by chance as it was the nearest to the person I was meeting. Surprised to be offeerd a sweet drink while waiting un a very small glass bu very pleasant. The Primitivo house wine was excellent and so was the MANZO PICCANTE. A glass of limoncello finished the nice meal. Friendly & fast, ideal for a business... More

Trading on the Ask brand, this is a small location just off Tottenham Court Road. The premises lack any atmosphere whatsoever. The lighting was so bright that the tea lights on the table were invisible. Turn the lights down guys! As for the food I had my usual Brushetta followed by Penne alla pollo dela casa, both were the tasty... More

Have been to 2 other branches of Ask. This was the least favourable. Service was the main problem, it was very slow and it wasn't even busy...also had to ask for cutlery which is a basic error. My daughters glass had bits floating in..we complained and to be fair we did get a free drink and starter to say sorry.... More

Came here with my daughter whilst staying at the Radisson Blu, service was exceptionally slow and food was warm. Staff are friendly enough but waited over 1 hour from ordering to getting Starters! Restaurant only had 3 other tables in service.

Good location but service was slow and food when it arrived was cold. Asked for plate to be microwaved to make it hot enough to eat - really shouldn't have to do that!

Before heading home, I popped into Ask Italian for some lunch. I was seated promptly and given menus. The first thing that was quite noticeable was the upstairs of the restaurant was cramped, with the tables being quite close together. There also were only 2 staff members, who clearly couldn't cope with the amount of customers and were rushing around... More
