Had engagement drinks here and the staff are incredibly rude. They seem to serve their pompous, posh friends at the bar before anyone else, regardless of how long you have been waiting. If you are in their path whilst they are walking around, they stand behind you in silence for a while until you awkwardly notice them after which they... More

Hi Shaq, First of all I'd like to apologise for your bad experience at our pub, this is not at all reflective of how we want to be. We have a team meeting tomorrow and rest assured that I will be discussing the points you have made here and looking to address them as a group. Again, my sincere a... More

Just a quick stop for a pint. Comfortable interior and a fairly large outdoor covered patio give you lots of choices of seats. Fairly lively with lots of people in both areas. Recommended

HI Bruno, First of all thank you for the feedback it is always appreciated. You really are spoiled for choice in terms of where to sit (although in the summer everyone seems to go outside for some reason, wonder why that is?) Thanks again, Harry More

If the bar team had been trafficked into Parsons Green by a brutal triad, subjected to fifty lashes before its shift and forced to work in slippers filled with shards of glass, it would be difficult to imagine a less cooperative crew than that of the White Horse. If my recent visit is anything to go by, the Sloaney Pony's... More

We were recommended to go and have a nice beer and eat something as also the ratings were really good in google. We love to drink different types of beer. However IPA was already sold out by when we were there. We chose to eat roast red meat and fish and chips- the taste was average and the price was... More

Back to its former glory. Well run pub with really good real ales on tap. Nice comfy chairs to enjoy your ale alobgside huge picture windows. Appears to be under new management so well worth the visit. Show your camra card.

I know this is a pub but it did have a reputation for good food. I found the food pretty average and the dining area was tired. Service was good.

I’ve been a regular at this local pub for around 20 years. Fabulous location, comfortable interior, an ideal outside area for summertime and a fine selection of beers. So why one star? The food! It's never been 'great' in all these years but has been getting worse to the point of being unforgivable. My family and friends and I eat... More

Possibly the worst bar service in London. Despite it being a huge bar you always wait and wait to get served and, when you finally do, you're met with an attitude that suggests they don't want you there. Stop employing people that don't care about the experience they are offering. This is such a great location and style of pub... More

I have recently eaten both in the pub itself and in the little restaurant room at the back. I much prefer eating in the pub. The room is impersonal with no atmosphere whereas the pub is good. Food is quite good and much what you might expect. The scotch egg is delicious! It is a little bit pricey for what... More

Hi Marco, Thanks for the feedback first off! I'm glad you've enjoyed your past visits to the pub. I understand what you mean about the differing atmospheres in each area but hopefully it means there is something for everyone. Might go and have a Scotch egg now (though sadly I'm not allowed wine whilst working!) Thanks, Harry More

The White Horse is like my sitting room, warm, comfortable and somewhere to come as a haven. Pure joy at Christmas.

Hello Nicholas, First off thank you for the feedback, it's always good to hear we're getting things right. I firmly agree that Christmas here was magical and am not looking forward to taking down the decorations at all! Pop back anytime though and you'll see we're pretty great all year round. Thanks again, Harry More
