I went with a group of friends to have a catch up. Staff were lovely and made the afternoon all the more enjoyable. The bloody Mary's were just what we needed on a Saturday afternoon. Would come back!

We had gone to the Hill on a Saturday evening, the poor girl that served us was new and was rushed off her feet, the service was so slow as the poor girl couldn't cope. The food was mediocre and we later found out the...More

We had lunch. 2 Bergers, 1 pint lager and half of cider. This came to £37.50, including a rip off service charge of 15%. This in a dismal, largely empty, pub with little service (pay at the bar) and mediocre pub food. Avoid. There are...More

Sadly, I have to the sentiments of the previous review. The Hill used to be a nice place but has been ruined by terrible service. Led by the imperious, rude and incompetent manager, this place sets a new standard for the worst service of any...More
