Portion extremely small for the amount we pay, 10% service charge mandatory, restaurant menu price is more expensive than online price which is misleading...

Traditional Indian cuisine. Great for a group, as you can share almost all dishes. We tasted different Tandoori chicken and lamb, chicken Roghan... and everything was good. As much spicy as you like. Friendly service. Good price (less than 30£, beers included). For dinner, midweek, no reservation required, even for a group.

Enjoyed the Chicken Tikka, really nicely cooked and presented. The service was good and they had Cobra and Kingfisher beer. The other people in the group enjoyed what they ordered. They included starters etc, its good value so will not burst your pocket

I arranged a business lunch meeting in a bit of a hurry and visited this place on the basis of the review stated that it was very good for business lunches. To my subsequent embarrassment, I didn't check the existent reviews freely available. We arrived at 1230 on 16Dec. The place is shabby with torn seat backs and broken tiles... More

We went for dinner a couple of nights ago. Although it was a Wednesday, the restaurant was exceptionally busy; I guess it must be the pre-Christmas trade. Nevertheless the service was swift and friendly throughout. We both had meat thalis for the main, and they were great. One tip though: if you're ordering a meat thali, never say "meat" thali,... Went for a work Christmas meal before a night out and had a great time! Food was great and service good too, good range on the menu-nice to be able to have a thali which is always great value and the 'best chicken saag ever' according to one of our party! Not the best value curry I've had but would... More

Visited here with a friend to try out this restaurant's Indian food. Large and stylish settings. The food was luscious. The prawn purée wrap for starters was awesome. The main dishes were lovely and tasted fresh. Service was great didn't have to wait long for our food. A little empty not sure if it was because it was Sunday. Prices... More

Went with my partner using a Groupon voucher. The fish starter was terrible. Main chicken course was quite tasty but the mixed grill for £14.50 was an obvious rip-off. I have eaten similar dishes elsewhere and the portion was quite small in comparison. Overall impression ... there are better restaurants out there..... They also charge you for service approximately £5...... More

The Massala Hut restaurant has recently been refurbished with a modern interior and exterior. Located near Euston and Warren Street stations, it is ideally positioned for local business lunches and after work socialising. With a fully licensed bar it is the perfect location for an after work meeting place where you can unwind to Bollywood music and enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation. We have a reputation for the high standard of our menu which includes such favourites as dom ghoust, kareli ki nihari , lamb rogan, chicken korma. All specially prepared by our chef's team. Our menu includes many popular dishes which are perfect for sharing with a group of friends or colleagues and can be accompanied with traditional Indian beers. We look forward to welcoming you to the Massala Hut where we will do our best to make it an occasion to remember. Massala Hut is Diners' Choice winner by OpenTable!!
