Was there with an Italian friend that was highly recommend. The hot chocolate was not using the power. It was very think chocolate storing in the container. My friend tell me to have it with little milk otherwise it will be to think to drink. For me, it was ok. But my friend was love it.

Really nice place for a good Italian-style coffee in Charing Cross Road. The place is quite small but it's tidy and clean and the service is good and quick!

Visited for hot chocolate and dessert with a friend before a theatre show. Our drinks order was taken down incorrectly, so we did not get what we asked for. Most disappointing was the unfriendly service from the staff. A smile or some other courteous welcome from the staff would not have hurt.

I made a rapid visit to ascertain whether the claim of best espresso in London was even wildly justified. The espresso machine is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The coffee was wonderfully presented on a silver platter in a small elegant glass with a little water chaser and a chocolate encased roasted coffee bean. So far so good.... More

Best coffee in London. Soho area. Reasonable prices. Happy staff. Sometimes very busy, as it is a small Italian cafe with only about 6/7 tables you need to wait. Worth waiting for though. Has the original Italian coffee machine to make you the perfect coffee, what ever you want. Also sells teas, pastries sandwiches.

This Caffe is the only one that has the authentic italian cioccolata in London. At least that I know. If you are in the area, you can not miss.

I frequently visit this coffee shop as the coffee is just superb. However, it's only just tepid. Today I asked for extra hot and again I was very disappointed with the warm temperature. I know we live in a health and safety environment, but when I ask for coffee I expect it to be hot!!!!!!!!!!😡

2 x hot chocolates for £8:20 seemed a little pricey to me. Nice interior with pleasant enough staff.
